Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Skype

Required Experience:
-  B.Sc. degree in Computer Science
-  5-7 years of experience in application development or technology management,  
-  In depth knowledge of web programming languages, software development tools (Microsoft Visual Studio 2012) and software engineering methodologies  
-  Experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVC, .NET Framework 4.0/3.5/2.0, SQL Server 2008/2005/2000, LINQ and EF(4-5)
-  Demonstrated skills in configuration management, data management, network security, IT architecture, infrastructure design, systems integration and systems life cycle management
-  Experience developing WCF Services (http/tcp protocols), Rest Services API  
-  Experience in working with source control such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
-  Successfully implementation of Multi-Layered, Multi-Tiered .NET applications using ORM tools  
-  SQL server architecture and design knowledge and experience
-  SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Framework Development Experience
-  SQL database design and data migration experience
-  Architecture conceptual/physical design and systems integration experience
-  Working knowledge of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
-  Experience defining work breakdown, scoping level of effort and outlining technical milestones and deliverables
-  Demonstrated experience developing technical documentation and diagrams
-  Experience managing quality assurance, user acceptance testing and deployment efforts
-  Excellent oral and written communication skills 
-      Working knowledge of server administration including IIS Administration, BizTalk Server Administration and/or Development, TCPIP Communications Programming, Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, WinNT, Windows 2003, 2008)
-  Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ)
-  Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
-  Understanding of mainframe systems a plus (NATURAL, ADABAS)


Professional Skill Requirements:
-  Leading a technical team or project work group
-  Working in various development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
-  Working in adherence to a standard SDLC set in place by the organization
-  Working with secure data and accommodating legal and regulatory compliance
-  Developing and executing detailed test plans (unit testing and functional testing)
-  Performing peer code reviews: verify extensibility, reusability and maintainability
-  Strong leadership, organization, time management and problem solving skills
-  Provide technical leadership and adherence to best practices across the organization
-  Act as a point of contact for technical escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle  
-  Assist in defining development tasks in order to keep the team organized and focused on deliverables
-  Support development, review and validation of functional and software design specifications
-  Provide technical assistance to junior staff members
-  Provide production and maintenance support
-  Respond quickly to resolve issues and follow issue resolution through to completion
-  Provide timely reporting of project status and issues to project manager
