MOI:- Telephonic + Skype Need Only USC, GC 8+ years “real delivery” experience with the .NET framework including C#, ASP .NET, SQL Server, and WCF (critical need) Worked on projects that involve extensive client interaction (critical need) Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers Participated in full life-cycle development, preferably on large projects, more than 15 people, longer than 6 months Experience with object oriented analysis/design Understanding of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Oracle or SQL Server Create complex, enterprise-transforming business applications Write high quality code Be part of diverse, high energy teams focused on full life-cycle development Use the latest tools and techniques (.NET, C#, BizTalk, Enterprise Service Bus, Messaging) Create complex domain models for large enterprise applications Continually learn, mentor and grow Work in a fast paced and tightly knit group that delivers successful projects … again and again   •              Test Driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, code pairing methods of development •              How to bring about a big change in the way software is developed and delivered •              How to surprise your client with meaningful solutions that actually helps them run their business better
