MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face top three skills/experience: vb6/vb.net  - 5+ years oracle/sql server - 5+ years sdlc  - 5+ years   required skills/experience: several years experience developing and maintaining database driven client server applications using ms access, vb6, vb .net. including form based gui, dynamic reporting, queries, objects and vb scripting.  experience with sql server development, creating schema objects, indexes, foreign keys, entity relationships, data loads and data import & export. including stored procedures, vb scripting, views and triggers. experience with oracle development, pl/sql, stored procedures, triggers, materialized views. general understanding of project phases demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail. strong creative problem solving skills. demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group. ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients. ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes. ability to interact effectively with bcbsm representatives at various levels. ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results.
