Role: Java Developer with e-commerce Exp

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Duration: 4+ Months

 

Job Description:

·         Will lead/participate in the design, development and deployment of transactional e-commerce websites and tools.

·         Strong e-Commerce and Software Product Development Experience, overall 5-8 years' experience in application development, JEE, SOA / Web Services

Required Skills:

·         Three or more years of E-commerce and/or software product development experience

·         Three or more years of experience with Java, JEE, Object-oriented design principles, EJB, JSP, Struts, AJAX, CSS and HTML

·         Experience in designing, marking up, developing the UI of websites and/or web applications

·         Experience with Websphere Application Server or Web Logic

·         Experience working with SOA / Web Services is a plus

·         Working knowledge/hand on experience with JavaScript APIs such as JQuery

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Desired Skills:

·         Spring MVC

·         In –memory and external caching frameworks

·         Experience working with Microsoft SQL server

·         Experience working within Agile teams

·         Master's degree in Computer Science a plus

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with a team of developers and business analysts to ensure quality and timely project completion

·         Design and develop solutions based on business and technical requirements.

·         Maintain and enhance e-commerce sites as per requirements

·         Ability to think out of the box and design concrete, robust and scalable solutions
