Title: TFS Admin 
Location: Norwood, MA 
Duration:6 MONTHS

Description:

Software engineer responsible for TFS Administration and Configuration, preferably for Medical software programs for a complex system. Should be proficient to work with cross functional teams of Developers and Test Engineers to understand the need and provide solutions for configuration and user management in Microsoft TFS. Well versed with writing scripts to enhance TFS, user management and developing and owning Configuration management plan. Typical candidate will have following technical skills:

 

Specific Skills Required:

·         At least 8 years of experience in software engineering and configuration management with Microsoft TFS Strictly no TFS Admin resumes.

·         Must have experience managing TFS for large geographically distributed team of 40+ Developers and Test Engineers

·         Must have experience of migrating from TFS earlier versions to newer versions

·         Experience with SQL queries and scripting Power shell to enhance TFS functionality

·         Understand TFS process to manage requirements , documents and sources in Medical Device industry

·         Create, manage and release builds for an agile development

·         Must have worked in Healthcare / Medical Devices domain

·         Exposer to technology stack of MS .NET, C# and WPF/WCF is a plus

·         Excellent communicator, role will involve interacting with development teams in Instrumentation side as well.

·         Preferably a Bachelors in Engineering degree

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft test Manager (MTM) is a plus
