Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Duration: 6 Months +
Location: Dearborn, MI
Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
This position is looking for an individual with a strong technical and development background with working knowledge and experience in designing and implementing Salesforce.com for clients. This role is responsible for leading the technical design, development and testing on the Salesforce.com platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an application developer with a history of CRM and/or SFDC experience. The candidate must have technical and development skills and also be able to work on projects independently. The ability to write APEX triggers and Visualforce pages in Salesforce.com is a must. This person will be called on to provide the company with technical advice solutions regarding the SFDC environment. Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience is a plus.
Education:
Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology related discipline
Experience:
· 2+ Salesforce certifications
· Demonstrated work experience in working with diverse set of users (E.g. Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Back office personnel and management)
· SFDC programmatic development skills and experience with business systems required
· Past experience in customized SFDC Environment – administering and customizing SFDC Platform
· Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong business knowledge in Salesforce Automation, Opportunity/Lead management, Quote, Case Management and Customer portal functionalities
· Strong understanding of Business Analytics, the metrics that drive management decisions, and the ability to build reports and queries to support such metrics.
· Strong understanding of basic concepts and best practices of Sales Force Automation and the statistics and metrics that drive and support the sales process
· Proficient in data manipulation
· Deep understanding of Apex and VisualForce
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients
· Strong documentation and training skills
· Capable of responding to a fast-paced project environment, with quickly changing and often competing priorities
· Capable of demonstrating a very sharp learning curve and become productive quickly
