Duration: 12 Months

 

• Deep knowledge of the Genesys Contact Center Suite

• Proven history developing custom applications on top of Genesys

• Deep experience developing custom desktop and server applications using Java PSDK for all media types.

• Strong Java background using DevOps tools, test automation, and Agile

• Experience Architecting Genesys Solutions among different media types, phone, chat, email, iWD.

•

• 3+ years experience in Genesys development

• Genesys Voice Platform(GVP) including SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server, Routing Stat Servers, Reporting Stat Servers, Interaction Center

• Application Operation, Maintenance and Development

• Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Framework

• Genesys Inbound Voice Application 8.1, GVP,WFM, Infomart, Interaction Workspace

• Change, Incident/Service Request/ Release Management on Genesys, Upgrades of Genesys components
