We've Urgent requirement with one of our direct client for Data Architect - job opening - Location - NYC, NY
Position Title: Data Architect
Duration: 6 Months
Location: NYC, NY
Note:7 hours of work in a day
Job Description:
XML, XSL, XSD, National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), In depth knowledge of data sharing standards.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
At least 8 years of experience as a Data Architect, including at least 3 years developing XML models and schema.
Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);
Strong knowledge of National Information Exchange Model (NIEM);
In depth knowledge of data sharing standards (XML reference documents)
Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made;
Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic
planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project;
Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
