Required skills:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Flash & modern HTML editiors such as Microsoft Visual Studio, TextMate, HTML, CSS, XML/XSL, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Secondary Skills

Web 2.0 , CSS,SEO,SharePoint, C#, & ASP.NET

Other Skills

Knowledge of W3C recommendations, accessibility issues, and best practices,Firebug or other page insp
