Must Have: SAP module testing experience

 

Top Six Skills

1. Experience leading a team and Point of Contact for HP-ALM/QC tools
2. Understanding of all types of testing process (Regression, System, Integration and Functional testing)
3. Monitor overall testing process and validate results match the defined requirements.
4. HP ALM/QC Performance testing of SAP Modules
5. QTP, TAO 2.06
6. Understanding of both automated and manual testing

Here is what we are looking for:

 

1.       Defect Coordinator (Defect Analyst)/ Test Automation and Quality Assurance Lead (Performance testers)

 

Role/Responsibilities:

 

1.       HPALM/QC experience

2.       Understanding of and experience with all types of testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and smoke

3.       Manage defect resolution through migration to the test environment, retest, and closure

4.       Experienced in Quality Center for test case creation, execution, defect tracking and Requirements Traceability

5.       Experience with SQL and relational databases for data validation.

6.       Communicate and ensure adherence to Tartan defect management process

7.       Create and deliver training on defect creation and management

8.       Assist in coordination and integration between teams for defect resolution

9.       Define requirements of design and configuration of the Defect module in the HP ALM tool

10.   Provide direction and drive cross phase prioritization of defect resolution efforts based on impact

11.   Monitor defect resolution progress

12.   Inform Leadership of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget or quality of testing

13.   Proven experience in leading software testing.

14.   Understanding of and experience with all types of testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and smoke

15.   Support test leads  from an overall test program / leadership perspective (Functional and Technical)

16.   Supports and executes the automation strategy, scope and approach for the different testing stages and coordinate with the delivery team these strategies that will be used for the different testing activities.

17.   Responsible for issue resolution related to Testing phase

18.   Reviews, Validates and Analyzes any design issues identified during Automated script peer review.

19.   Conducts peer review process on the different automated test deliverables.

20.   Understands and reviews the manual scripts provided for Automation.
