Detail of Requirement
Role	SDET
Mandatory Technical Skills	1) 3 to 5 years of experience in software design and development using C/C++ or C#  2) 1+ years of experience with test planning and design  3) 3+ years of experience using object oriented programming and windows APIs  4) Excellent design, coding, testing, problem solving and debugging skills  5) Good understanding of multithreaded programming and its primitives and windows OS internals
Desirable Technical Skills	1) Experience with Microsoft test environment (e.g. WTT jobs and workflows) is highly desirable  2) Knowledge of debugging with windbg and/or PowerShell scripting will be a plus
Mandatory Functional Skills	1) Excellent communication skills with proactivness and a can-do attitude.
Desirable Functional Skills	1) Excellent communication skills with proactivness and a can-do attitude.
Total Experience Required	5+
