| Technical/ Managerial Skills | : | · 4 to 7 years of relevant consulting · Extensive experience in writing BRD, Functional Specification documents, and project management · Worked effectively and closely with several project managers to co-ordinate, track and monitor project progress and status · Extensive experience in conducting Feasibility Studies, Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) · In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Oracle RightNow CRM application · Experience in solution design, implementation and testing of the CRM applications, RighNow CRM preferred · Experience in configuring Agent desktop and defining business rules · Experience in Workspace customization including development and management of workspace rules · Understanding of configuring Guided Assistance guides and using them in workspaces · Experience in creating Agent Scripts and script rules · Experience in designing and creating Desktop workflows using workspaces and scripts · Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions |

| · Consultant certification is a plus

| · BA resource with knowledge of Oracle RighNow capabilities to assist and guide business in the Oracle RightNow CRM requirement definition and implementation process · Work with business to extrapolate and refine requirements and provide leadership in the decision making process · Work with BA's to clearly articulate business requirements · Work with implementation team to ensure business requirements are satisfied |
