Skills:-
Onsite offshore coordination required
Should be able to talk to the stakeholders /Client managers
Will be needing two references from his current project
Financial modules experience is a must :- AP/AR/GL
Project Accounting module/Project costing module 'This role requires some inputs on HRMS module as well
IProcurement is a must .
Test lead with 5 – 9 years of exp.
1. Very good understanding of QA/testing processes, planning and execution
2. Expertise on Quality Center tool. Manual testing, scripting and reporting.
3. Good understanding of Oracle Applications functionalities in the areas of finance, procurement and HRMS
4. Good communication, team management skills
5. Ability to effectively engage customer side QA organizations, includes leadership and Business analysis teams
6. Experience in managing large scale testing cycles (SIT, UAT etc) in a multi-vendor environment – managing offshore-onsite teams.
