JOB DESCRIPTION:
TA-Telephony Connectivity Consulting And Network Support-The individuals selected will be responsible for providing 3rd level support (defect management) or work as a Project Analyst for the Cisco Telephony Products and services supported by C02251 Voice Telecommunication Services. Individuals interested in these positions should have demonstrated skills / experience in the following: - Solid understanding of telephony concepts - advance telephony skills - Customer Voice Portal (CVP) or troubleshooting experience - Experience troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems - Experience with implementing or troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications IP Telephony - Experience with implementing or troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) - Understanding of ITIL fundamentals - Understand Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) via implementation or troubleshooting experience - LDAP fundamentals - Linus fundamentals - Understand dial-on-demand routing - CCIE in Voice is highly desirable but isn't a must Skills that would be nice to have are: - Understands advance configuration of Cisco switches and routers - Understands VLAN and at least one guideline for configuring VLAN - Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) - Basic Call Center Concepts |
