Job Description:

¿¢ End-to-end expertise in Cisco products and technologies in the data centers to include Unified Fabric â¿¢ Ability to bridge across multiple technologies and help customer plan, design, and implement across these products in the data center â¿¢ Assist customers in architecting their data center network environments â¿¢ Assist customers in planning, designing, and implementing with Cisco products in the data center â¿¢ Provide technical assessments Among the activities to be performed or skillsets utilized: â¿¢ Strong route / switch experience in the Cisco Platform(s) and associated protocols â¿¢ Experience with L2/L3 Nexus operations â¿¢ Experience with WAN â¿¢ In-depth knowledge of designing complex routing and switching networks  â¿¢ Experienced with Cisco software features and functionality  â¿¢ Experienced with configuring routing and switching devices  â¿¢ Experienced with IP protocols  â¿¢ Ability to conduct knowledge transfers and one to one mentoring concerning Data Center Nexus and routing and switching technology  â¿¢ General advice and guidance to Customer involving sharing of best practices, know-how and technical mentoring related to the support and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Cisco products. Ability to assist Customer in engaging Cisco TAC on behalf of Customer while adhering to the contracted service agreement levels specified in Ciscoâ¿¿s Maintenance Services Portfolio
