· Leadership skills
· ITIL Certified
· Basic UNIX knowledge
· Good Communication
· In-depth knowledge of OSS transformation program in major telecom client
· Able to work in a highly dynamic workplace
· Ability to work closely with Development teams
Role responsibility
• Responsible for review the Releases
• Facilitate and schedule release meetings with DEV teams
• Review and Approve battle plans, update release calendar/notes
• Ensure all releases follow the defined release management process.
• Review release Management workflow
• Record and track problems associated to QE as well as Prod releases
• Release Reporting and Reviews
• Post Implementation Review for all approved releases
