Position: Sr .NET Developer - Back End
Location: Culver City, CA
Duration: 12 months
Interview process: Phone first than on-site. Must be able to do an on-site interview. 

Communication Skills: Must have very good communication skills (8 out of 10). 
US Citizen highly preferred. But H1 okay if communication skills are excellent.
Ideal candidate has some entertainment/creative industry background and has passion for the industry

We're looking for someone with a bare minimum of 5 years of experience with back-end development. Here are the back-end skills that I'm mostly looking for (in no particular order):

Someone with lead/architect experience is  a huge plus.

·       .NET Framework 4.0

·       ASMX and WCF web services

·       RESTful services

·       Service-oriented architecture

·       Windows services

·       Oracle (PL/SQL and stored procedures)

·       LINQ

·       ADO.NET Entity Framework

·       IIS (preferably 7 or 7.5)

·       Windows Server (preferably 2008 R2)

·       Visual Studio (2008 and 2010)

·       XML and JSON

·       XSL and XSLT

·       Database design / performance tuning

The ideal candidate would have *deep* experience in all but maybe a few of those skills. We're also looking for someone with lead/architect experience.
