JOB DESCRIPTION :
| Relevant Experience (Yrs) | : | 3-5 Years as Functional Analyst for Manufacturing domain |
| Technical/Functional Skills | : | · Participates in configuration and implementation of MES software and other manufacturing system · Assist with MES implementation around various modules that include data acquisition and collection, production tracking and Genealogy, Capacity planning and process management. · Assist in MES reporting and analysis of data around cycle time, conformance to schedule and other plant specified parameters. · Assist with data migration activities – data extract, cleansing, standardization, upload and validation activities. · Participate in Business Process Mapping for multiple functional groups · Plans and Performs proof of concept activities and pilot activities · Performs system testing and integration testing · Writes functional specifications that accurately reflect customer requirements · Creates test plans, use cases and test cases. · Completes Work Instructions and system documentation on new requirements. Assist in system launch. · Status and Management reporting as directed by team lead and supervisors. · Participates in rollout planning and execution |
| Experience Required |
| Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with manufacturing systems worked on at least 1 MES system implementation. |
| Roles & Responsibilities | : | MES Analyst supporting the Project Manager within the Business Process Office. Under general direction, supports, contributes, and executes various project deliverables based on JCI's project management methodology. Position preferably based in Holland or Plymouth office of JCI |
