· Seating Component design with hands on experience of Catia V5 and Catia V4
· Good knowledge of Airlines seating components
· Preferably Knowledge of Recaro standards and CDB Experience (Product Data Management)
· Able to discuss with engineering team , understand priorities and align operational strategy to meet the requirements
· Coordination with offshore team for various projects and ensuring smooth execution of projects
· Able to manage queries and work flow to offshore
· Update client on project status and activities
· Plan future activities and projects
· Good communication skills
· Good presentation skills
