Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 7+months
Rate: $50/ HR
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of extensive hands-on experience in managing/troubleshooting Cisco/Juniper enterprise level data network infrastructure. Total experience could be 8 – 10 years.
8+ years of experience and expert knowledge in enterprise-level networking with knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGPv4, etc) on Cisco Catalyst switches, specific knowledge of BGP, OSPF and IP protocols in an MPLS Environment. Preferred
Qualifications:
CCNP certification
Extensive hands-on experience in managing/troubleshooting Cisco/Juniper enterprise level data network infrastructure.
Advance knowledge on Routing, Layer 3 Switching, IP Addressing, WAN protocols, redundancy protocols, MPLS, VPNs.
Expert knowledge in enterprise-level networking with knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGPv4, etc) on Cisco Catalyst switches, specific knowledge of BGP, OSPF and IP protocols in an MPLS Environment.
Exposure to Multi vendor environment. Ready to explore new technologies and vendors
Experience working on CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters
Good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP)
Hands-on experience of LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunking, Etherchannel
Knowledge of VPN technologies and IPSec and GRE protocols
Understanding of network protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP
Exposure to Multicast environment and knowledge of multicast protocols (IGMP, PIM)
Previous experience or aptitude to be successful in a Network Administration and Operations capacity "
