Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face SAP BW Developer who will make complex decisions to improve scalability, efficiency and reliability of the system being designed.  They will perform analysis, documentation, development, coding, testing, debugging, and install programs to support general business applications. They will also prepare program specifications and diagrams and develop coding logic flowcharts. More specifically, they will prepare functional and technical specifications, test and deploy solutions as new enhancements or system implementation.  Design, develop and implement SAP code technologies in a (AIX/UNIX/Solaris/Linux) environment(s) using relational database technology (Oracle preferred).  They  must provide expert knowledge and understanding of SAP ecosystem including BW and any additional SAP products.  They will guide and recommend solutions to mentor junior developers and business SMEs.  Provide expert technical knowledge with different areas of SAP and provide technical leadership for guidance and recommendations to solutions. Additional description of the responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and code for complex and very complex programs for SAP BW modules Develop test data and analyze problems in programs Recognize the critical elements of application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Design and solution complex problems for short or long term strategy initiatives. Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions Work effectively and independently on multiple assigned projects Establish and maintain strong working relationships with administrators, staff, users, project consultants, and vendors Technically mentor other team members Meet established priorities and schedules Learn and apply new concepts in information technology Learn the characteristics of new systems and update skills to adapt to changing technology Lead and facilitate meetings and design sessions  Experience:  8 years professional experience with SAP BW required  Developing, encoding, testing, debugging, documents, and installs programs to support SAP BW applications Prepare program specifications and diagrams, develop coding logic flowcharts Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments  SAP ABAP BW Programming Tools including Bex, WEBI, Crystal, and Dashboards. Application of OSS (Online SAP Support)  notes SAP Modules such as HR (PY, OM, PA, TM), FI (FM, BCS), MM (PR, AP, IM), and PS. SAP ASAP methodology SAP guidelines and standards for enhancements and configuration Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing Principles of program documentation Principles of report, screen, and form design New trends in the field of information technology Preferred: Oracle development tools, ECC 6.0 BW SAP enhancement packs
