Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Qualifications:  developing applications using a standard Microsoft .NET C# stack, along with a number of third party libraries and open source software.  Proven ability to understand and communicate extremely complex designs and systems  Demonstrated ability to work on complex tasks with minimal technical and management guidance  Experience with distributed architectures and design patterns strongly preferred  Experience building dynamic web applications that leverage XHTML, JavaScript, MVC, CSS3, jQuery and other web based tools and technologies  Experience with one or more (Optional): Ruby, Python, C++, Java, Objective-C  8 or more years of commercial software development experience  2 or more years experience developing server based compute engines, distributed services, or reusable components  4-year college degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or demonstrable work experience Demonstrated ability to learn and wisely apply new platforms and technologies:  Has internalized the tenants of the Agile Manifesto and strongly adheres to delivering business value as part of a self organizing team that holds each team member accountable to achieve the targeted goals  Demonstrated test infection with desire to infect others  Prepared for a highly collaborative team environment with much technical discussion and open debate
