Client is currently re-architecting applications to a next-generation suite based on a Scala/Lift/web based architecture using a strict functional programming approach.
Previous functional language experience, especially Scala, is highly desirable but not required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced web developer with an interest in Scala and functional programming to contribute their energy and expertise to a large-scale, long-term development effort as part of a highly skilled and motivated team.
