Job Role: Devops Engineer 

Location: Sunnyvale, CA  ( Need locals only)

Duration: Long Term 

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 7+ years' experience with operating system (Linux and/or Windows) installation and patch administration in an Internet services environment.
• 3-5+ years' general DevOps/WS/Infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years' experience with the configuration and maintenance of LDAP in a multi-site environment.
• 5+ years' experience with SAN storage, blade server technology (IBM/HP), VMWare virtualization
• 5+ year experience with configuration and maintenance of common web based applications such as Apache (1.x/2.x), Java based application Server architectures (Tomcat/Weblogic), IIS
• 5+ years' experience with NTP, SSH, DNS, and SNMP.
• 5+ years' experience with database systems (MySQL and/or SQL Server)
• 3+ years' experience with shell scripting.
• 3+ years' of AWS/Cloud infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years' experience with configuration management and automation.
• Practical experience with most of if not all components of AWS: EC2, Beanstalk, ELB, Route53, S3, Cloudfront, SNS, SWF, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, ElasticCache, IAM, CloudFormation.
• Proven ability to automate common administration tasks.
• Experience working with load balancing technologies and web server farms
• Must possess a strong ability to document standards, methods and produce drawings of environments.
• Basic Project management principals
• Must be a motivated self-starter with attention to detail
• Team oriented performer, focused on the tasks and goals of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent grammar and composition skills
