Role	Data Analyst
Mandatory Technical Skills	This person needs to be well rounded, they need to be technical enough to perform a deep dive analysis on high volumes of data and also have the skill set to produce findings from the analysis and recommend business process changes as a result.  ·Analytical problem-solving capabilities  · Experience in working with and analyzing large amounts of data  · Experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Technical Skills	· Knowledge of statistics, Six Sigma preferred  ·Good interpersonal skills  · The ability to work comfortably in a cross-functional environment  ·An independent, self-starter  ·Structured with an ability to identify and drive systematic change and data improvement over time
Desirable Functional Skills
Total Experience Required	6-8 yrs
