Mandatory Technical Skills	Strong Tech Lead with good communication skills and leadership expeirence with experience in  • SOA, Java Web Service • J2EE, Spring, Hibernate • Web 2.0, Portal development  • Oracle SOA  • Hands-on experience in J2EE, Web Services • Should have knowledge and experience on Adobe ColdFusion experience. If the candidate don't have Adobe ColdFusion but PHP could be the alternative.
