Job Details.

Role	Ops system Engineer ( Need Microsoft Experience)
Mandatory Technical Skills	1. Strong scripting experience  2. PowerShell and T-SQL  3. Working knowledge of Networking (load balancing technologies) and infrastructure.  4. Performance tuning in SQL  5. Knowledge of high availability techniques in SQL
Desirable Technical Skills	6. IT Operations knowledge  7. Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2005/2008 Administration  8. Should have managed Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment  9. Good knowledge on IIS Administration  10. Exposure to MOF/ITIL processes is desired
Mandatory Functional Skills	11. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering, Replication/Mirroring issues  12. Development experience with C#, SQL  13. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues
Desirable Functional Skills	14. Excellent Customer handling skills  15. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
Total Experience Required	5 years
