Role	Enterprise Search Solutions  - Technical Analyst
Mandatory Technical Skills	Strong communication & organization skills is a MUST.  Ability to partner with business counterparts in order to identify business requirements.  Ability to take business requirements and work with technical team to define solution to meet requirements.  Strong Analysis and analytic thinking skills.  Thorough and detailed documentation skills.  Ability to analyze technical/project data and develop solutions.  Comfort with technology and the ability to leverage technology to create business solutions.  Present and demonstrate analytical findings to internal audiences including management.  Comfortable in working with both business partners (Marketing and Support) and technical IT team.
Desirable Technical Skills	Familiarity with enterprise search solutions.  Familiarity with web services.  Knowledge of Cisco PDRD templates.  Knowledge of Cisco project lifecycle.  Familiarity with metadata and publishing processes  Comfortable working in both waterfall and agile projects.  Experience working in both Business and Technical analysis
