Good knowledge on IIS Administration. 4. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering, Replication/Mirroring issues. 5. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues. 6. Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
Desirable Technical Skills	1. Good knowledge on Command line scripting/PowerShell. 2. Basic Understanding on concepts of MOF [Microsoft Operations Framework]
