Job Title	Product Manager
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	8 + of Software Experience with 4 + years as Business Analyst and 3 + years of Project Manager in AGILE
Technical/Functional Skills	Our leading consulting Client is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Owner The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing the project to ensure business benefits are realized. This will involve developing the Agile Project Plan, Product Backlog and then understanding, maintaining and prioritizing it. This person will also be responsible for planning, managing sprints and Business design. As well as significant experience as a product owner, the ideal Candidate will have the following skills and experience: *Significant software development experience *Demonstrable Scrum Master and project management experience *Experience of managing large software implementations from inception to implementation *Confident negotiator, with ability to challenge scope, cost, and benefit *The ability to understand technical and business issues at a high level *Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, & procedures *Thorough understanding of the project and change management lifecycle *To be creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems *The ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines *The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requirements from multiple sources.
Experience Required	- Experience in working in a distributed work environment - Experience in working in Agile Scrum methodology - Experience on working directly with Business sponsors to gather requirement and demo the evolving product in an iterative model - Knowledge on Engineering Practices such as Test Driven development, Continuous Integration, Automated deployment
Education	Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
