POSITION: Mid to Sr. Java Developer
LOCATION: Baltimore, MD area
Duration: At least 24 months with automatic extensions.

Solid demonstrated object oriented software development experience with JAVA, J2EE technologies JSP, Servlet, Struts, Spring, JSTL, EJB, WMQ, JMS, JMX, JNDI, JDBC, JAAS, JEE Security, JAXB, JAXP, DOM, Saxon, SAX, JPA, OpenJPA, SQL, ANT, Maven, DB2, commons-logging, log4j, Junit

·         Solid development experience with XML technologies such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT, etc.

·         Strong development experience with developing Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP, JAX-WS, XML, RESTful, WS-Security.

·         Strong development experience with web application framework JavaScript frameworks like YUI, GWT, AJAX, iFrames.

Labor Category and Rate: PA3- CANDIDATES need to have a BS or MS degree with 11 years of experience. Experience can be a combination of either U.S. or overseas, part time or in college.

NOTE: CANDIDATES will be required to go through a background check for a Public Trust clearance. This means candidates should have NO misdemeanors, felonies, excessive traffic tickets or credit issues in their background.

***Prefer U.S. Citizens or Green cardholders. H1B's are okay with outstanding language skills. Client will do a phone or SKYPE phone screen and candidates MAY BE HIRED AFTER SKYPE interview. Prefer candidates local to mid-Atlantic region.. Face to face for local candidates. ****
