Role	Java Developer - Cloud
Mandatory Technical Skills	Strong Java programming skills, multi-threaded application development with an eye for high-performance • Excellent object-oriented programming and design skills • Experience with consistent use of unit and functional testing with jUnit/testNG • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Experience in web-technologiessuch as Spring, REST, HTTP • Sound knowledge and experience in good software engineering practices • Experience developing high-performance, scalable, reliable multi-tier server-based applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing design documents and doing feasibility analysis • Highly-motivated individual with commitment to excellence who is able to learn quickly and execute independently • Experience with Network programming • Experience developing on iOS is a strong plus • Experience with cloud-computing a strong plus
Desirable Technical Skills	• Experience in tuning Java application performance • Experience with Test Driven Development is highly desired • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments a plus • Hands-on experience with Application Containers such as Tomcat
Mandatory Functional Skills	Design and development of the system
Desirable Functional Skills	• Strong verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience in writing design documents • Strong, proven individual and team performer   • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience • Agile development  methodologies
