Skills Required and Job Description:

Mode of interview : phone and face2face The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization - Work with and represent the Business side of the project - Provide program policy technical as0sistance to information technology professionals during one, multiple or all phases of assigned process automation project - Remain current in changes in program policies pertinent to assigned process automation project in support of the CRIS-E system - Review the design documents (general systems design document and detail design document that describe all of the system inputs and outputs) created by the information technology personnel for a given process automation project - Write and execute test scripts - Be willing to assist in conversion of data from old to new system if current system exists - Be willing to assist in implementation of new or enhanced system with affected entities Required Skills and Experience:  - 3 years of experience gathering formal requirements to develop User (stakeholder) requirements  - 3 years of experience providing program policy tech assistance to IT professionals during one, multiple or all phases of an assigned process automation project- 3 years of experience developing and reviewing general and detail system design documents  - 3 years of experience with conversion of data  - 3 years of experience developing and executing test cases and plans  - Excellent organization and written and oral communication skills - 3 years of experience developing graphic representations of complex bus processes  - 1 year of experience with the OHIO Client Registry Information System-Enhanced (CRIS-E)
