Job Title: Project Financials Business Analyst

·       Project financials business analyst for Global Commodity Trading assessment project for a large, privately held manufacturing company.

·       Position assignment focuses on developing business model and business case  as key deliverable out of assessing strategy/vision, organization, current processes, opportunities, and options for Commodity Trading Business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Chiefly responsible to develop/document business model and business case to facilitate client decision making process in collaboration with functional subject matter expert

·       Work collaboratively with project manager and project team

·       Participate and document stakeholder interviews

·       Assist with implementation design and project design for follow on implementation based upon client decision

·       Assist with project documentation

·       Assessment and process concepts focused on:

1.   Strategy/Vision Definition and Alignment

2.   Organizational Impact and Change Management

3.   Business Standardization including Pricing, Process and Metrics

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS

·       2 to 4+ years developing business models and business cases

·       Proven ability to

1.   Use strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem

2.   Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then incorporate into businessdeliverables/recommendations

3.   Drive one or two components of large multi-functional projects

4.   Synthesize findings from analysis and make verbal/written recommendations

·       Strong and strategic thinking skills

·       Self-starter, strong initiative &leadership

·       SAP experience a plus.  SAP FI-AR experience a plus+.

·       Functional working knowledge of commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) a plus 

·       Prior consulting experience

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Strong professional presence, integrity and ability to adapt and resolve complex issues.

5) Job Title: SAP Business Objects Solution Architect

 

Responsibilities:

o   This person should understand and have experience in both SAP Functional Business Processes and SAP BI/BOBJ

o   The successful candidate will have experience in a Maritime Industry or a related business such as International Ocean Shipping/Dispatching

o   This person must reside on the west coast, and would ideally be based in the Northwestern US

o   This person must be willing to travel heavily along the West Coast


Resource will be required to to gather the reporting requirements from each Business Process Owner

o   The person must be capable of explaining and demonstrating what's available and how it can benefit them

o   The person must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in building executive relationships

o   The person must have experience using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)

o   The person should also have experience of successfully integrating external data sources with SAP BI/BOBJ such as SQL/Oracle Database Applications 

Location:

Candidates ideally will be located on the West Coast.

 

Qualifications:

·       Position assignment focused on the ECM, Materials, Bills-of-Materials (BOM's), Routings & Recipes aspects of the PPM 5.0 on solution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Implement a Global Enterprise solution around SAP PPM 5.0 using NetWeaver 7.02.

·       Execute the SAP PPM 5.0 and Infrastructure concepts focused on:

1.   Classification of Data Objects

2.   Extend Product Materials Information Management

3.   Extend Packaging Materials Information Management

4.   Extend Bill-of-materials Information Management

·       Organizational Change Management (OCM) skills and methodology is a plus.

·       Prior consulting experience.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
