Position: Business Analyst with heavy Financial exp
Location: Smithfield, RI.
Duration: 6-12 Months
LOCALS who can attend F2F
1) 4+ Years of experience as a Systems Analyst/Business Systems Analyst creating User Stories (strong preference for Financial Services organizations).
2) Experience with Database querying, i.e. strong SQL skills. Need to be at the level of being able to validating data via SQL querying related to the requirements to understand the Requirements true meaning.
3) Project Experience as an Agile BA/BSA functioning as a part of a scrum team.
4) (Preferred) Experience with .NET Web Services (functioning as an analyst in an ASP.NET environment).
Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role you should possess the following:
• 4+ years of systems analysis experience, with a focus in financial services applications
• Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills
• Experience with .NET web services
Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills Large-scale full project life cycle experience across multiple platforms and technologies
• Ability to produce clear and concise requirements (SRA) and systems specifications (SDS) documents
• Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects and build productive working relationships across remote locations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate functional business requirements to technical staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both with customers, technical team members, and other technical contributors across the organization
• Deep knowledge of development lifecycle methodology
