Job Description:

·         Service Now Architect must have strong knowledge of the Service Now Architecture for all its modules.

·         Must have strong experience of creating solution for the IT Service Management and Operation issues using Service Now.

·         Must have implemented Service Now end to end. Must have Service Now development and implementation experience.

·         Strong knowledge on the ITIL process and implementation.

·         10+years of IT experience

·         Good Communication skill
