Mandatory Technical Skills	1. Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2005/2008 Administration 2. Should have managed Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment. 3. Good knowledge on IIS Administration. 4. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering, Replication/Mirroring issues. 5. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues. 6. Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
Desirable Technical Skills	1. Good knowledge on Command line scripting/PowerShell. 2. Basic Understanding on concepts of MOF [Microsoft Operations Framework]
Mandatory Functional Skills	7. Excellent Customer handling skills 8. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English. 9. Self-starter with experience working on Operations projects with limited direction. 10. The ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
Desirable Functional Skills	1. Basic Understanding on networking concepts.
Total Experience Required	6 years
