Mandatory Skills:
1.       JD Edwards E1 Finance Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementation & upgrade projects
2.       General Ledger – Journal Entry /Chart of Accounts / Company and Business Units / Allocations/Ledger Types / Inter Company Settlements / AAI /Reconciliation/Integrity Reports/Consolidations/ Budgeting /Financial Reports / Month and Year End Process
3.       Accounts Payable – Procure to Pay – Vouchering / Manual and Automatic Payment /  AAI/Integrity Reports / Vendor Master / Netting Process /Accounts Payable Reports
4.       Account Receivable – Order to Cash – Invoicing / Manual and Automatic Receipt Processing/ Credit and Collection Management /AAI /  Netting Process / Integrity Reports / Customer Master / Accounts Receivables Reports

Required Skills:
1.       Ability to lead team discussions, solicit inputs, and facilitate decisions in professional manner
2.       Expertise in modeling and documenting business processes (AS-IS, TO-BE)
3.       Should have Experience handling implementation & development projects.
4.       Review and match client's business processes with the JD Edwards software
5.       Create functional solutions based on defined business requirements
6.       Ability to lead business process and other implementation efforts.
7.       Creation of functional designs, test scripts and training documentation
8.       Configuration of JD Edwards software to match approved design solutions
9.       Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
10.   Identify and resolve issues/conflicts.
11.   Provide hands-on functional support
12.   Ability to coach and mentor team members in functionality, architecture and delivery of applications.
13.   Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
14.   Familiar with working in onsite/offshore project model.

5.       Self-motivated with a strong aptitude and desire to learn.
6.       Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
