Job Role: Business system analyst  (With COTS )

Location: Lansing, MI (Local Only)

Duration: 12+ Months

Face to face required

JD:

Excellent communication skills are critical for candidates to be considered for this position. Candidates must also have experience in a BA role with COTS software solutions/implementations and Saas solutions/implementations.

 

Skill

Requirements Elicitation Experience

Business Process Modeling/Reengineering experience

Experience developing Functional Design Specifications

Experience eliciting and documenting personas

Experience documenting User Stories and Use Cases

Planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing Scenarios

Conducting Black Box testing as part of Unit and Integration testing cycles

Working in an Agile approach for software development

Experience with COTS software solutions/implementations

Experience with SaaS solutions/implementations

Excellent written and oral communication skills
