Responsibilities:
·         Work as an SFDC Senior Developer
·         Get requirements from client and then convert to specs
·         Work on support tickets/incidents dealing with SFDC
·         Also be able to work in new implementation of SFDC

Basic Qualifications (Must Have):
·         Must have experience working in a support model with SFDC
·         Experience the process flow of support incidents, tickets
·         Hands-on experience in implementation of Salesforce.
·         Able to support multiple Orgs (iNav, CC1, Engage) and applications in these orgs.
·         Excellent Communication Skills
