Rate: 65 $/Hour (Maximum)
Client Name: One of the big MNC's
Visa Status: GC / USC / TN / E3 / GC-EAD / H4-EAD / L2-EAD / H1B
Mandatory Skills: 5-6 years of hands on experience with Salesforce.com with a detailed understanding of Salesforce operation and configuration
Job Responsibilities:
· Leadership of team of developers in configuration and customization of SFDC
· Provide solid design solutions using SFDC configuration and customization techniques
· Manage Salesforce configuration changes
· Effective English communication with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 8-9 years of IT experience with minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience with Salesforce.com with a detailed understanding of Salesforce operation and configuration
· Hands-on expertise in Salesforce.com data structure and declarative ways of configuring Salesforce
· Experienced with Salesforce data loading tools
· Experienced in Apex programming, JavaScript, Visual Force components
· Hands-on experience with deployment tools, data management tools, metadata management tools
· In-depth experience working in SFDC Sales Cloud and integrations
· Hands-on experience managing Salesforce configuration changes
· Fluent in Salesforce report and dashboard, both maintenance and creation
· Hands-on experience leading team of developers
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
· Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of Sales Cloud, integration via web service
· Apex data loader preferred
