Mandatory Skills: Strong FMW Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g (Web Services, BPEL, Mediators, and Composites)Proficiency in application tools/languages such as: JDeveloper, SOAPUI, BPEL, XML, XSD, XSLT, REST/JSON, Weblogic JMS. 
 
Must have skills:
1.       Strong FMW Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g (Web Services, BPEL, Mediators, and Composites)Proficiency in application tools/languages such as: JDeveloper, SOAPUI, BPEL, XML, XSD, XSLT, REST/JSON, Weblogic JMS.
2.       Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, XSD and XQuery
3.       Develop and implement technical frameworks such as security policies, Error Handling, Logging, Monitoring and Audit and Notification framework
4.       Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills in Oracle SOA Suite
5.       Very good experience of FMW 11g adapters – DB adapter, JMS adapter, File/FTP adapter
6.       Strong knowledge of design patterns
7.       Possession of good communication skills
8.       Ability to work independently and make independent judgments
