Mandatory Skills: Please consider OAM as the primary must have skill. OIM is the secondary skill (Preferably both must have)
Summary Description:
The position will be responsible for developing, configuring, implementing and deploying enterprise applications using Oracle access and identity management (OAM/OIM) products. This position requires extensive experience with OAM 11g R2, OIM,OHS and LDAP (preferably ODSEE and OUD). This person should be able to analyze and solve technical issues with minimal supervision and must have solid hands on experience in designing and implementing SAML based SSO and Custom SSO solutions and must have experience in designing role based access control, coarse and fine grained entitlements model and ability to lead and provide guidance to a team of developers (.NET/Java) This person will be responsible for making engineering recommendations for forecasting the growth of the Infrastructure environments and required patches, upgrades, technology shifts to stay current. This resource will also be required to be available after-hours to participate on-call escalations from the Operations team.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent experience
· 7-10 years of IT experience
· 5 years of Oracle Identity Product Set experience. Specifically – Oracle Access Manager (OAM and OIM), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
· Expert level experience with Web – IIS & Oracle HTTP Server/Apache and Middleware – jBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat, OAS, Java and Federation Protocols (Oauth, SAML, OpenID)
· Extensive experience in a large environment with clustering, failover/recovery and load balancing strategies is required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Innovative individual who thinks outside of existing constraints and can bring new ideas and fresh thinking
· Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution
· Ability to deal with changing priorities and handle multiple projects
· Highly motivated, self-starter who can take direction but does not need micro-managing
· Ability to work well with other business units and support teams to complete project plan tasks, changes, resolve issues, etc
· Experience with production and release management policies and procedures, documentation standards, separation of duties, etc.
· Excellent communication skills are required (both verbal and written) – correspondence and meetings with internal customers will be common
· Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
