Job Title: Pharma Commercial Business Analyst

Work Location: MN / NJ

Total Experience: 5+ years

Type of employment: Contract to Hire / CTH

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: 55 $/Hour (Maximum)

Client Name: One of the big MNC's

Visa Status: GC / USC / TN / E3 / GC-EAD / H4-EAD / L2-EAD / H1B

 

Mandatory Skills:

·         Candidate must have minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

·         The candidate must understand the Sales and Marketing function in Pharmaceutical companies in depth and demonstrate deep business process knowledge.

·         Good understanding of Pharma commercial operations concepts like alignments, targeting, reporting and incentives.

·         Good exposure to Pharma commercial data like Sales, Claims, Payers, Specialty pharmacy  

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Provide business analysis support for key projects and enhancements.

·         Work with key vendors providing IT solutions and/or support for various business functions.

·         Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability. Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy. Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes.

·         Provides business consulting support to customers.

·         Identifies issues and helps with resolution efforts.  Escalates issues appropriately.

·         Proactively identifies and assists in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes.

·         Analyses and documents business requirements for area of responsibility.

·         Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis

·         Experience with and an in-depth understanding of software lifecycle methodologies (SDLC)

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.
