Skill & Job Requirements:

·         Candidate should have at least 10+ Years
·         Have managed large complex programs and Fortune 500 clients
·         Strong experience in a Delivery and Account management, preferably had played a role in past with a direct responsibility on Customer management
·         Excellent systems and its functionalities knowledge, E2E suctioning, Overview of Market facing groups and Platform teams
·         Delivery of offshore delivery contracts, SLA Based, Multi-shore & Multi Lingual projects, Instill best practices, Delivery methodologies, Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies/principles
·         Have extensive experience on Program planning, Execution and other Program management aspects – Issue / Risk management, Change management, Schedule predictability, Scope Management, Quality, Time / effort Management, Estimation, Stakeholder Management, Cost / Budget Management, etc
·         Able to communicate effectively, interact with, manage and lead a diverse range of personalities and roles both internally and externally.
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Acts as the main point of contact for Program success with a given client and be accountable for business growth and delivery.
·         Deliver programs to customer on schedule and budget with high quality.
·         Responsible for Profitability and revenue growth.
·         Effectively manages and strives to maintain and improve client satisfaction levels on an ongoing basis.
·         Works with various internal departments such as Platform, Program and Implementation groups to ensure that client expectations met and satisfaction levels are maintained or improved.
·         Interacts with various individuals at the corporate client to solve problems, foster a strong partnership with customer.
·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
